The dividend record was imported from the UBS June statement and is still marked for review because the foreign tax credit has not been confirmed.

The Vanguard FTSE All-World distribution in the Interactive Brokers account shows USD 284.16 gross dividend, USD 42.62 foreign withholding tax, and no German tax line yet. The next review step is to compare the extracted tax lines with each broker statement before saving them as confirmed dividend income.

Can you show me who owns the Zurich apartment and which documents prove it?

The Zurich apartment record lists Anna Weber as the owner and links three supporting documents. The purchase deed dated 17 June 2019 is the strongest ownership source. The land register extract confirms the same owner and property address, and the building insurance certificate connects the insured address back to the asset record. I also found two renovation invoices, but those support cost history rather than ownership.

The fastest next step is to add the report to the phone record, then open the insurance policy and use the invoice and IMEI already attached there.

Dropbox Family renews on 22 June for EUR 203.88, Adobe Photography renews on 1 July for EUR 143.14, and NordVPN renews on 9 July for EUR 99.48. There is also a second cloud storage subscription, Google One, paid from the Amex card on 16 June. Dropbox and Google One both appear under household storage, so those are the best cancellation candidates to review before renewal.

I found the Range Rover Sport record with the registration document, purchase contract, service invoices, winter tire receipt, and insurance certificate. The latest recorded mileage is 42,800 km from the March service invoice, and the last valuation note estimates EUR 61,000 to EUR 64,000. Before listing it, gather the registration certificate, the full service history, the second key confirmation, the tire invoice, and the loan payoff confirmation. I do not see a current payoff letter uploaded yet.
